On every tier. That's the difference your family sees on a video call — when they can see you clearly, not just the other way round — and what makes cameras, cloud backups and working from home stop fighting each other.
A Wi-Fi 6 or Wi-Fi 7 gateway depending on your plan. The equipment stays ours — we manage it and replace it if it fails — and the rental is already in your monthly price, so there's no separate equipment charge on your bill. Nothing to buy. If you ever leave, you send it back.
A local technician runs the fiber, places the gateway, tests the line, and sets up your Wi-Fi before leaving. You get the installation price in writing after we survey — you are not charged before that.
Fiber to your house isn't shared with the neighborhood the way satellite and cable are. What you pay for is what you get at seven in the evening and seven in the morning.

We survey your home first, then quote your installation in writing. You are not charged for installation before that survey. And if the survey finds we can't reach your house after all, your installation fee is refunded in full.
